Can I cancel my order?
All requests for cancellation of an order must be recieved by email at websales@sunlogic.com within one hour of placing the order.  We will do our best to accomodate your request.


Can I order something that is not on the website?
We carry many products from all our brands, some of which are not listed on the website.  If you don't see what you want please email us at websales@sunlogic.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.  We can special order any product from our brands as long they have the item in stock.


Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.  Any orders placed on the website must ship to the US and be paid for with a US credit card.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Many of our products come with a warranty that covers manufacturer defects.  The coverage is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and these policies vary by manufacturer.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our inventory is LIVE and is very accurate.  If for any reason you place and order that is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of your options.

We process internet orders Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  All orders are guranteed to ship by the following business day from when the order was placed.
All orders shipped UPS ground can be expected in 4-6 business days.  Faster shipping is available at checkout.

What is your return policy?
At Sun Logic we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase and your satisfaction is our priority.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• All items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 7 days after you receive your purchase. (online purchase only)
• Call us at (970) 453-0344 within 7 days of the receipt of your item. We will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization Number). This RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
• Returned goods must be in original packaging with original tags and in mint condition. MUST NOT BE WORN.
• Include a copy of your receipt with the returned goods.
• Returns and exchanges must be received by Sun Logic within 15 days of the original purchase date. After we receive the returned items it may take up to 45 days to process your return/exchange.
• Shipping fees associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any items received that do not meet the above criteria will be refused and sent back to the customer.
